A 21-year-old bicycle courier was killed yesterday after he was struckby a tractor trailor truck on Congress Street in Boston, police said. JonathanE. MacDonald, of 15 Glenville Ave., Allston, suffered severe chest, headand internal injuries and was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital,where he was prounounced dead at 12:45 p.m., a hospital spokesman said.MacDonald was in his fourth day on the job for Perfect Courier in Boston.No charges were filed against the driver and owner of the truck, JesseD.
